To ensure the best healed results, avoid alcohol, caffeine, Omega-3 supplements, and blood-thinning medications (if approved by your physician) for 24 hours before your appointment.

For at least one week before your procedure, avoid chemical peels, retinol, vitamin C, and salicylic acid on the treatment area. If the area will be exposed to the sun, apply SPF daily and avoid excessive sun exposure, tanning, or sunburn.

Following these guidelines helps minimize sensitivity, reduce bleeding, and promote optimal pigment retention.
